NetSupport Manager Client is the endpoint component of the NetSupport Manager remote control suite. Installed on user devices, it enables authorized technicians using the “Control” console to remotely view and operate the desktop, transfer files, chat with users, capture screenshots, synchronize clipboards, and run diagnostics or commands. Designed for both attended and unattended support, it supports features such as multi-monitor control, screen blanking, keyboard/mouse lock, power management (reboot/shutdown), and hardware/software inventory. Connections can be limited to approved operators through configurable authentication and access controls, with data exchanged over encrypted sessions. The client can be deployed silently and centrally configured, making it suitable for large environments. It works over LAN/WAN and can traverse networks via the optional NetSupport gateway, helping IT teams deliver responsive support without requiring a VPN.
